Now Hiring: Administrative Assistant – Full-Time**Hayward Gardens Post Acute** is seeking a professional, organized, and dependable **Administrative Assistant** to join our healthcare team!Position Details* **Position:** Administrative Assistant* **Employment Type:** Full-Time* **Schedule:** Monday–Friday* **Pay Rate:** **$20.00–$25.00 per hour**, depending on experienceAbout the PositionThe Administrative Assistant will provide essential clerical and administrative support to help ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the facility. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, professional, and comfortable working in a fast-paced healthcare environment.Responsibilities* Provide administrative and clerical support to facility leadership and staff* Answer and direct phone calls and respond to general inquiries* Prepare, organize, and maintain documents, records, and correspondence* Assist with data entry, filing, scanning, copying, and other office tasks* Schedule meetings and assist with calendars and administrative coordination* Greet and assist residents, families, visitors, and staff in a professional manner* Assist with maintaining accurate and organized facility records* Handle incoming and outgoing mail and other communications* Maintain confidentiality of resident and facility information* Assist with reports, forms, and other administrative projects as needed* Communicate effectively with staff, residents, families, and outside vendors* Perform other administrative duties as assignedQualifications* Previous administrative, clerical, receptionist, or office experience preferred* Healthcare or skilled nursing experience is a plus* Strong organizational and time-management skills* Excellent written and verbal communication skills* Proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office or similar software* Strong attention to detail and accuracy* Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities* Professional, dependable, and team-oriented* Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriatelyWhy Join Hayward Gardens Post Acute?Join a dedicated healthcare team committed to providing quality care and creating a supportive environment for our residents and their families.**Apply today to become part of the Hayward Gardens Post Acute team!**We are an equal opportunity employer.
