** Paralegal - Litigation **

Immediate need for a litigation paralegal for a law firm in Southfield. Ideal candidate will have prior insurance defense experience, as well as experience with other general litigation matters. Most cases are not in Michigan, so any out-of-state experience is a plus.

Candidate must have at least five years paralegal experience in responding/propounding discovery, preparation of damage summaries, claim file review, legal research and some trial prep.

Ideal candidate must have excellent written, oral and organizational skills, be proactive and a team player. Above average compensation for this one day remote position.
