IP/Trademark Paralegal Job Description

The IP/Trademark Paralegal will be responsible for providing legal support to the IP/Trademark team of our client. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of IP law, as well as experience working with trademarks.

Responsibilities:

Drafting and reviewing trademark applications and registrations
Conducting trademark searches
Responding to trademark inquiries and oppositions
Managing trademark portfolios
Providing legal advice to clients on IP matters

Qualifications:

3+ years of experience working in an IP law firm or corporate IP department
Strong understanding of IP law, including trademarks
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
