The Service Advisor keeps communication flowing between our technicians and customers, ensuring repairs are handled efficiently and transparently. Key Responsibilities: Maintain service dispatch system and repair flow Deliver clear communication to customers about repair timelines Ensure quality control and customer satisfaction Support technicians with accurate repair order documentation Qualifications: Strong communication and organization skills Experience in service writing or dispatch preferred Ability to manage multiple repair orders at once At RWC Group, we’re family-owned and growing across five states.
