Personal Injury Litigation Attorney About this position Are you a successful and knowledgeable personal injury attorney looking to work alongside an established team of high-performing professionals? Our firm is looking for an applicant who can manage case files from start to finish and help clients find justice and compensation for their injuries. We need someone with excellent credentials, a real passion for helping people, and a minimum of 5 years of successful personal injury litigation and trial case experience. Compensation: $150,000 base salary Responsibilities: Handle personal injury case files from start to finish Investigate potential personal injury claims and provide legal advice to prospective clients Gather insurance policies, medical expenses, medical records, and other evidence relevant to the case and conduct legal research on case law and premises liability Communicate with clients, expert witnesses, insurance company adjusters, supporting witnesses, and medical providers to gather information Represent the client at hearings, trials, mediations, depositions, and litigation Qualifications: A bachelor’s degree and a J.D. degree are required Must be computer proficient State license to practice law and State Bar Association membership are mandatory Excellent negotiation, drafting, research, and communication skills are desired Five years of personal injury litigation or trial experience is required Texas license to practice law and State Bar Association membership are required Up-to-date knowledge of personal injury law, wrongful death, and civil law is required Superb drafting, research, negotiation, and communication skills are preferred Benefits - What's In It For You?
