We are currently assisting Alpha Tech International, Inc. , a reputable employer in the Stafford area, with recruiting for a Part-Time Law Clerk position. This role is an excellent opportunity for a current law student seeking hands-on experience in legal research, document drafting, and case support within a professional legal environment.
Position: Part-Time Law Clerk
Location: Stafford, TX 77477
Schedule: Part-time (flexible around academic commitments)
Key Responsibilities Include:
• Conducting legal research and summarizing findings
• Drafting, reviewing, and proofreading legal documents (memos, briefs, correspondence)
• Assisting with case preparation and organizing case files and evidence
• Maintaining case records and updating legal databases
• Supporting attorneys with litigation preparation and trial tasks
• Communicating with clients, courts, and external parties
• Performing administrative tasks such as filing, scheduling, and document management
Minimum Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) required
• Currently enrolled in or actively pursuing a Juris Doctor (JD)
• Strong analytical, writing, and organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
