Shipping and Receiving Clerk - Now Hiring

Master both sides of the supply chain! Become a shipping and receiving clerk and enjoy consistent pay with the benefit of a flexible schedule. We offer short-term mandates in high-volume distribution centers, allowing you to use your administrative and organizational skills to manage the entire material flow cyclefrom inbound verification to outbound carrier dispatch.

Your responsibilities:

- Inbound processing: accurately verify and reconcile incoming freight using bills of lading (bols) and packing slips, noting discrepancies and ensuring prompt data entry into the warehouse management system (wms).
- Outbound processing: generate all necessary shipping documents, manifests, and tracking labels for outbound orders, coordinating carrier pickups and ensuring compliance.
- Inventory accuracy: assist with maintaining inventory records, performing quick cycle counts or location checks in both receiving and shipping areas.
- Staging and flow: manage the staging areas for both inbound materials and finished goods, ensuring efficient and safe movement between dock doors and storage locations.
- Communication: serve as the primary contact for both incoming carriers (deliveries) and outgoing carriers (pickups), resolving minor documentation issues quickly.

Shirts or t-shirts must have sleeves and be without any holes or rips. Pants without any holes or rips. No profane or suggestive texts and images. Steel toes required
