Job Description

Company: The Best Roofing company of it's kind in the Detroit and Grand Rapids markets. 30 Year old family-owned business providing roof replacement, storm restoration, siding and gutters.We are hiring Canvassing Representatives to help connect homeowners with our roofing specialists. No sales experience is required—we provide full training and support.

What You'll Do

Canvass residential neighborhoods and identify homes that may need roofing services
Speak with homeowners and provide information about our products and services
Educate homeowners on available financing options
Schedule free inspections with our roofing specialists

Note: This is not a sales position. Your primary goal is to schedule appointments.

What We're Looking For

Friendly and outgoing personality
Strong communication skills
Coachable and willing to learn
Comfortable working outdoors and walking neighborhoods
Reliable transportation (car or truck)
Positive attitude and strong work ethic

Compensation & Benefits

Base Salary + Commission + Bonuses
Earning potential of $50,000–$75,000+ per year
Training will be provided
