At Macomb Power Washing Solutions , we're not looking for order-takers. We’re looking for closers —hardworking, ambitious people who know how to talk, handle rejection, and turn it into opportunity .
We built this company by knocking on doors and earning trust one customer at a time. Now, we’re hiring a Direct Sales Representative to do the same—introducing homeowners and business owners to the benefits of our professional power washing and exterior cleaning services.
What You’ll Do:
- Knock on residential and commercial doors to offer free quotes
- Educate property owners on the value of power washing services
- Build rapport and overcome objections with confidence and professionalism
- Close sales and schedule jobs using our simple quoting process
- Track leads, follow up with potential clients, and hit daily/weekly goals
- Represent the MPWS brand with energy and pride
What You Get:
- $8/hr + 7% commission during training (first 30 days or $5,000 in sales)
- After that? Commission escalates up to 20% , with hourly bumps up to $20/hr
- Monthly bonuses up to $6,000
- Annual bonuses as high as $75,000 , plus paid vacations and even a company car for top producers
- Paid sales training and ongoing mentorship
- High-growth environment – we’re actively developing future sales managers
What You Need:
- 18+ years old with a valid ID
- Strong communication skills and the ability to think on your feet
- Drive and resilience —you’ll hear "no" a lot, and you won’t let it stop you
- Able to walk for hours and work independently outdoors
- Coachability—we’ll train you, but it’s up to you to run with it
- Previous sales experience is great but not required
