We built this company by knocking on doors and earning trust one customer at a time. Now, we’re hiring a  Direct Sales Representative to do the same—introducing homeowners and business owners to the benefits of our professional power washing and exterior cleaning services.

What You’ll Do:

• Knock on residential and commercial doors to offer free quotes
• Educate property owners on the value of power washing services
• Build rapport and overcome objections with confidence and professionalism
• Close sales and schedule jobs using our simple quoting process
• Track leads, follow up with potential clients, and hit daily/weekly goals
• Represent the MPWS brand with energy and pride

What You Get:

• $8/hr + 7% commission during training (first 30 days or $5,000 in sales)
• After that? Commission escalates up to 20% , with hourly bumps up to $20/hr
• Monthly bonuses up to $6,000
• Annual bonuses as high as $75,000 , plus paid vacations and even a company car for top producers
• Paid sales training and ongoing mentorship

What You Need:

• 18+ years old with a valid ID
• Strong communication skills and the ability to think on your feet
• Drive and resilience —you’ll hear "no" a lot, and you won’t let it stop you
• Able to walk for hours and work independently outdoors
• Coachability—we’ll train you, but it’s up to you to run with it
• Previous sales experience is great but  not required
