West LA Litigation Secretary - Commercial Litigation
A growing Commercial Litigation law firm is seeking an experienced Litigation Secretary to support a newly formed Business & Commercial Litigation team in its Century City office. The ideal Litigation Secretary candidate will have 5+ years of complex commercial litigation experience, strong state and federal e-filing skills, calendaring expertise, and experience preparing attorneys for trials and depositions. Litigation Secretary candidates with a paralegal certificate or paralegal experience are highly preferred. Litigation Secretary Responsibilities
- Prepare and file pleadings in state and federal courts.
- Coordinate trial preparation, depositions, exhibits, and witness binders.
- Manage attorney calendars, deadlines, and case docketing.
- Organize case files, discovery, and document productions.
- Provide legal and administrative support in a fast-paced litigation practice.
