Procurement Administrator

Job Title

Job Overview: Pay Range: $27hr - $31hr

Responsible for executing transactional procurement activities including purchase order creation, validation, and release in ERP systems.

Ensures accurate vendor master data maintenance and supports supplier communication and procurement operations.

Drives compliance with internal procurement policies and supports audit and documentation requirements.

Acts as a point of contact for procurement-related queries and supports continuous process improvement initiatives.

Requirement/Must Have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in procurement, supply chain, or shared services environment.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
• Customer-focused and proactive mindset.
• Team-oriented and collaborative approach.

Experience:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in procurement or supply chain operations.
• Experience working in shared services or help desk environments preferred.
• Experience with procurement systems is desirable.

Responsibilities:

• Receive approved purchase requisitions and execute transactions accurately and timely.
• Validate purchase orders for completeness and accuracy.
• Create and release purchase orders and operational contracts in ERP systems.
• Maintain and update vendor master data to ensure data integrity.
• Track and monitor purchase orders and manage changes in delivery, price, and quantity.
• Maintain order confirmations in SAP and coordinate with material management teams.
• Communicate proactively with suppliers regarding deliveries and updates.
• Verify and resolve price and quantity discrepancies.
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies, procedures, and controls.
• Maintain documentation for audit and compliance purposes.
• Ensure purchase orders are approved as per defined guidelines.
• Support local requestors and suppliers on procurement queries.
• Provide guidance and training on procurement tools and processes.
• Identify process gaps and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Should Have:

• Experience with SAP SRM or similar procurement systems preferred.
• Experience with ServiceNow, Marval, or ticketing tools is an advantage.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Experience using SharePoint and Microsoft Teams preferred.
• Ability to work with digital tools and enterprise systems.
