Job Details Permanent Full Time (1.0 EFT) Managers and Administrative Worker Grade 3 5 Weeks Annual Leave & Salary Packaging Located at The Alfred About the Role This non‑clinical administrative role provides administrative and secretarial support to the Director of Operations, Deputy Director of Operations and Nursing and Deputy Program Director of the Surgical Services program. Responsibilities include reception, diary management, travel management, record administration, database management, data entry, production of reports, meeting minutes, administrative support to committees and support to senior management. Essential Skills & Experience Demonstrated experience in a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant or senior administrative support role. Proven ability to manage complex diaries, stakeholder coordination and executive support. Highly developed organisational and time management skills in a fast‑paced administrative or corporate environment. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and administrative systems.
