IEDAC USA is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Parts Person / Warehouse & Shipping Coordinator to join our growing team in Henderson, Nevada. This is a hands-on position that plays a key role in supporting daily warehouse operations, inventory control, shipping and receiving, and customer service activities.

The ideal candidate is dependable, organized, mechanically inclined, and committed to maintaining a safe and efficient work environment. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team are essential.

Location: On-site – Henderson, NV

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day warehouse operations and organization
• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders, packing slips, invoices, and other documentation
• Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment
• Coordinate local, national, and international shipments with carriers and customers
• Generate and maintain shipping documentation, pick slips, bills of lading, and inventory records
• Perform routine cycle counts and physical inventory audits
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with inventory control and replenishment activities
• Ensure all parts, tools, and materials are properly stored and labeled
• Maintain daily inventory and warehouse activity reports
• Provide excellent customer service and support to internal and external customers
• Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse and shop environment
• Follow company safety procedures and warehouse best practices
• Assist with additional warehouse, parts, and operational duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Previous experience in parts, warehouse, shipping/receiving, inventory control, or a related role preferred
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds regularly
• Forklift certification or willingness to obtain certification
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to accurately follow instructions and procedures
• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn technical products and equipment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Basic mathematical and analytical skills
• Experience with inventory management systems is considered an asset
• Familiarity with industrial equipment, machine tools, or technical parts is an asset
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
