Hourly Rate : This role will pay an hourly rate equal to or exceeding the minimum wage for the location. Hourly Wage: $18 - $31 per hour Additional Compensation: Annual or quarterly performance incentives. Premiums ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour may be paid based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if criteria met.
