Site Coordinator

In this fast-paced, hands-on role, you will recruit top talent, welcome and guide walk-in applicants through our application process, lead engaging new hire orientations, and walk team members straight to their work areas on day one. You’ll also work closely with hiring managers to extend job offers, coordinate start dates, and keep communication flowing smoothly. Responsibilities

• End-to-End Talent Acquisition: Source, screen, interview, and match qualified candidates with appropriate open roles across our client portfolio.

• Strategic Sourcing: Build a diverse candidate pipeline using job boards, social networks, internal databases, and local community outreach.

• Walk-In & Candidate Support: Welcome and assist walk-in applicants, answering questions and guiding job seekers through the application and onboarding process step-by-step.

• New Hire Orientation & Onboarding: Facilitate engaging new hire orientations to introduce candidates to company policies, safety protocols, and daily expectations.

• On-Site Integration: Escort and walk new employees directly to their designated work areas on their first day, ensuring a smooth transition into their team.

• Client & Candidate Engagement: Assist candidates and client hiring managers by coordinating start dates, sharing feedback, and extending job offers.
