Janitorial Building Supervisor

Join a dedicated team as a Janitorial Building Supervisor, working overnight shifts from Monday to Friday, 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM. Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate the nightly janitorial team to ensure all cleaning tasks are completed efficiently and to standard
- Perform cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, and restroom sanitation
- Monitor supply levels and report needs to management
- Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation policies
- Provide guidance and support to team members as needed
Qualifications
- Previous experience in janitorial or custodial work preferred
- Ability to lead and motivate a team
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
- Ability to work overnight shifts, Monday through Friday
- Reliable and punctual
Compensation
$20 per hour, paid weekly
