Position: Customer Service III Duration: 6 Months Job Type: Temporary Assignment Work Type: Hybrid Pay Rate: $ 20.00 -22.00/ Hr Job Description We are looking for an individual who will call on 3rd parties to ensure that changes being made to Vendor / Customer records are valid and legitimate requests and not fraudulent attempts. This involves conducting research using the internet and internal systems and placing calls to 3rd parties to get verbal confirmations in order to vet the requests. The candidate should be well versed in Excel and have the ability to learn to use computer systems. The candidate must be articulate and have strong written and verbal communication skills as there will be significant interaction with internal and external parties. What are the top 3-5 skills, experience or education required for this position: Strong verbal and written communication skills. Follow directions / scripts and work independently - proper training will be provided Computer savvy - primarily Excel, Outlook, web searches Confidence when speaking - not hesitant to make calls Requirements: Bachelors Degree preferred but not required with 3+ years relevant experience Degree not required, but articulate, strong communication skills, written and verbal, a must.
