Job Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a leadership role within the restaurant industry
• Strong knowledge of P&L management and budgeting
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to recruit, train, and develop high-performing teams
• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-volume environment while managing multiple priorities
• Working knowledge of health and safety compliance standards
• A track record of holding a team accountable to consistent operational standards

Job Responsibilities

As the Restaurant General Manager in Tyler, TX, you will:

• Oversee all daily operations, financial performance, and team management for the restaurant
