Encompass Health seeks a Receptionist to support our inpatient rehabilitation hospital within Healthcare & Medical Services. As the first point of contact, you will warmly greet patients and visitors, answer and route calls, manage check-in, verify basic information, and assist with appointment scheduling and paperwork. You’ll support Administration & Clerical functions, maintain organized front desk operations, and uphold HIPAA and safety standards in a nurturing, dynamic, and rewarding, patient-focused environment.
