Manager-in-Training (Sales Leadership Track)Home Genius Exteriors – Detroit, MI Full-time | $130,000–$300,000+ per year | Paid Training + BenefitsHome Genius Exteriors grew from $2.7M to $161M+ in six years and promotes exclusively from within. Detroit is our newest market, already pacing $1M+ in monthly sales — we're hiring a Sales manager in training ready to grow into leadership. This is a fast-track position designed for driven professionals who take career advancement seriously, with promotion opportunities within your first quarter.What You'll DoMeet with 2-3 pre-qualified homeowners daily (no cold calls).Deliver professional in-home presentations and close sales.Train directly with top leaders and develop management skills.Set the standard for performance and team culture.What We're Looking For1+ year of sales or leadership experience (home improvement or B2C preferred).Strong communication and closing skills.Ambitious, coachable, and leadership-focused.$130,000–$300,000+ annual earning potential (no cap on commissions) Weekly pay + bonuses & incentives Health, dental & vision insurance after 30 days Paid training & advancement to management within 90 days Local, pre-scheduled appointments
