ABOUT OUR AGENCY:

Our agency opened in April 2016 and is a close-knit team of four focused on growth, service, and strong relationships. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I participated in the Agent Aspirant program, which helped build a strong foundation for leading and developing a successful team. I’m an LSU graduate, born and raised in Southern Louisiana, and a proud spouse and parent of three. I enjoy sports and staying connected to the local community. We stay actively involved through local schools, the Chamber of Commerce, and various community and vendor events. ROLE DESCRIPTION:

Brittany Weaver-LeGrange - State Farm Agent is a leading insurance agency dedicated to providing exceptional service to our customers. We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Receptionist - State Farm Agent Team Member. If you thrive in a supportive role and are eager to learn and grow within the insurance industry.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members. Manage appointment scheduling and office communications. Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records. Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options. Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs. Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role. Communication and interpersonal skills. Organizational and multitasking abilities. Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.
