Registered Nurse (RN) - LTC

Healthcare Professional – Assisted Living

5 x 8 Variable; Days and Evenings. Shift Start/End: 6:30am-3:00pm; 2:30pm-11:00pm.

Assignment Details

40 hours per week. No call and no float required.

Requirements

• BLS certification required.
• Experience in Assisted Living or Memory Care preferred.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate care to residents, including assistance with daily activities.
• Monitor and report changes in residents' health status to the appropriate staff.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of resident care in the EMR system.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality care for all residents.
