About the Position

We are looking for a motivated and personable  Home Solutions Specialist to join our team in Dallas. This is a sales and acquisitions position focused on connecting with homeowners, understanding their property needs, and helping identify potential solutions.

This opportunity is a good fit for someone who is comfortable on the phone, enjoys building relationships, takes initiative, and is motivated by results. You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where your effort and performance directly impact your earning potential.

What You'll Do

• Make a high volume of outbound calls to homeowners and prospective sellers.
• Build genuine rapport and establish trust with potential clients.
• Ask questions to understand each homeowner's situation and determine whether there is an opportunity to help.
• Qualify leads and identify potential property opportunities.
• Follow up consistently with prospects throughout the sales process.
• Schedule appointments and maintain accurate prospect information.
• Record calls, notes, follow-ups, and other activity in the company CRM.
• Work toward established weekly and monthly activity and performance goals.
• Handle objections professionally and confidently.
• Communicate clearly and respectfully with homeowners.
• Work with leadership to identify ways to improve the sales process and increase conversions.
• Represent the company professionally in every interaction.

• Experience with lead qualification or follow-up.
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.

The Right Person for This Role
