About the role Hotel Bardo Savannah is seeking a reliable and hardworking Steward to support the cleanliness, organization, and overall flow of our Food & Beverage operations. This role is essential to the success of the kitchen and service teams, ensuring that all culinary and service areas remain clean, safe, and well‑stocked throughout service. What you’ll do Wash, sanitize, and properly store dishes, glassware, utensils, and kitchen equipment Operate dishwashing equipment and maintain sanitation standards Keep kitchen and back‑of‑house areas clean, organized, and safe Assist with trash removal, breakdown, and post‑service cleaning Qualifications Ability to work in a fast‑paced, physically demanding environment Strong attention to cleanliness and organization Dependable, punctual, and team‑oriented Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods #J-18808-Ljbffr Stay Bardo
