Job Description & Requirements\n \n Specialty: Psychiatric \n Discipline: RN \n Start Date: 09/28/2026 \n Duration: 19 weeks \n 12 hours per week \n Shift: 6 hours, days \n Employment Type: Travel \n \n \n Facility: BILH Behavioral Services Tewksbury, Massachusetts 01876 07/13/26 to 11/28/26 20 Weeks 12 Hours/week 6H Day 08:30 AM - 03:00 PM Position Description: \n \n Comments And Notes: 20 week assignment. \n Locals only This is an 6 hour day shift need - 12H/week. \n Will be scheduled for Saturdays and Sundays weekly. \n Location: Tewksbury - Transitional Support Services \n LOCALS Only Addiction recovery Psych RNs at Transitional Support Services (TSS) facilities provide 24/7 nursing care, bridging the gap between detox and community living. They monitor physical/mental health, manage medications (including MAT), conduct psycho-educational groups, and assist with case management, relapse prevention, and daily living skills. \n Clinical Monitoring & Care: RNs monitor patients for post-acute withdrawal symptoms, manage co-occurring mental health disorders, and assess overall health stability. Medication Management: This includes overseeing self-administered medications, providing Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) (e.g., buprenorphine, naltrexone), and conducting overdose prevention training. \n Supportive Education & Counseling: RNs lead psycho-educational groups, teach relapse prevention strategies, and educate on addiction, recovery, and healthy life skills. \n Case Management & Coordination: They collaborate with interdisciplinary teams (counselors, physicians) to develop individualized treatment plans, assist with aftercare planning, and facilitate referrals to outpatient services. \n Structure & Safety: They ensure a safe, structured environment, often conducting drug testing and ensuring compliance with program. \n \n \n Must be separated from any BILH affiliated facilities for 6 months prior to being considered. \n IN PERSON INTERVIEW REQUIRED. \n TB_RN \n ZRHC \n About TalentBurst, Inc\n \n TalentBurst Health & Life Sciences is an established provider of healthcare workforce solutions, servicing healthcare facilities across the United States for over 15 years.
