Step into a rewarding contract opportunity supporting students in the Chattanooga area as a valued Speech-Language Pathologist this coming school year. Spend your days making a difference across a variety of school assignments, working a reliable full-time schedule of 35 hours per week from August through late May. Your expertise will impact elementary-aged learners—exact caseload specifics will be available soon, as the district is finalizing its needs for the upcoming academic year.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Active Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license required
• State Department of Education SLP certification needed
• Experience in school settings strongly preferred
• Willingness to complete time-sensitive fingerprinting and credentialing
• Flexibility to support multiple school sites based on district needs
• Passion for working with elementary-age students

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments, develop IEPs, and deliver individualized therapy services to students
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, teachers, and families to support student success
• Maintain comprehensive documentation and provide regular progress updates
• Adapt therapy approaches to meet the developmental and academic needs of students
• Participate in meetings and professional development as needed
