Transform the educational experience for students across multiple schools as a District Wide Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). This contract opportunity provides a dynamic environment to apply your expertise in behavioral assessment, intervention, and collaboration, making a tangible impact from late August through mid-June.

As a pivotal part of the educational support team, you'll dedicate 35 hours each week during the academic year to empowering students and partnering with staff and families. Your work will span the development and implementation of evidence-based behavioral assessments, crafting intervention plans tailored to the unique needs of each learner. Collaborate closely with teachers, school staff, and families to ensure continuity and success in and out of the classroom, and serve as a crucial liaison with outside agencies supporting student growth and well-being.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience as a Behavior Analyst
• Master’s degree in a related field
• Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct functional behavioral assessments and design data-driven intervention plans
• Deliver direct behavioral support and coaching for students and staff
• Provide training and expert guidance to educators and parents
• Partner with external agencies to maximize resources and support for students
• Monitor progress, document outcomes, and adjust interventions as needed
