Step into a rewarding contract role as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) serving a district-wide need for the upcoming 2026-2027 school year. This full-time position spans 35 hours per week, beginning August 26, 2026, and concluding June 15, 2027. You'll work across the district to provide expertise and support in fostering positive student outcomes.

What you’ll do:

• Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments and create individualized, evidence-based intervention plans tailored to each student’s needs.
• Collaborate directly with students to foster academic and behavioral success and consult closely with school staff and families, ensuring strategies are well-implemented across settings.
• Serve as a pivotal link between the district and external agencies, building and maintaining productive, ongoing relationships to support students and their families.
• Document progress, adjust interventions as needed, and contribute to team meetings as a behavior expert.
• Respond flexibly and effectively to a range of cases, ensuring the well-being and growth of each student.

Qualifications you’ll bring:

• Master’s degree in a related field (such as psychology, special education, or behavior analysis).
• Active BCBA licensure.
• At least 3-5 years of experience working as a behavior analyst, preferably in a school environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; able to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and families.
