Our open-door policy encourages communication and interaction between all levels of staff, enhancing teamwork and facilitating a collective approach to patient health.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct detailed evaluations of patients' musculoskeletal conditions, utilizing assessments to inform treatment protocols.Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that prioritize patient goals and incorporate current evidence-based practices.Utilize various therapeutic modalities and manual therapy techniques as appropriate, monitoring progress and modifying treatments to enhance outcomes.Create educational materials and conduct patient and family training sessions on health conditions and exercises to promote recovery and wellness.Accurately document patient progress and treatment outcomes in compliance with organizational policies and billing requirements, ensuring continuity of care.Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including physicians and occupational therapists, to coordinate care and share insights about patient advancements or challenges.Patient Population / Client FocusThe Physical Therapist will cater to a diverse patient population, addressing various orthopedic issues such as post-surgical rehabilitation, sports injuries, chronic pain syndromes, and other musculoskeletal conditions.
