Trademark/Copyright Prosecution - Senior Associate Attorney/Counsel

LHH is assisting an internationally recognized law firm specializing in Intellectual Property in its search for a Senior Trademark Prosecution Associate/Counsel. An ideal candidate will have at least 7+ years of experience working in a dynamic and well-rounded trademark/copyright practice, including experience dealing with issues related to management of US trademark portfolios, counseling clients on US trademark and copyright issues, handling US trademark clearance, prosecution, and maintenance matters, drafting relevant agreements including licenses and coexistence agreements, and working on due diligence projects concerning IP aspects of major corporate transactions. The firm is known for offering excellent work/life balance (1700 billables) and a collegial work environment. This is a hybrid position, requiring two days in the office each week.
