Are you an experienced Phone Sales Representative who thrives on closing deals and earning uncapped commissions ? We are a rapidly growing firm in the (rare coin amp; collectibles) vertical actively hiring a select group of high-performing sales professionals in the West Palm Beach area. This is a Salary/Base plus Commission , full-time, in-office sales role with unlimited earning potential (build your own "Book of Clients") real career growth, and one of the best work schedules!
Responsibilities:
- Build and manage your own book of business (client portfolio)
- Consistently meet or exceed sales quotas.
- Must be Self-Motivated, have a Great Work Ethic, and MUST remain Teachable.
- Work closely with Sales Managers to refine sales strategies amp; scripts.
- Make outbound/inbound calls and close high-ticket deals
Qualifications:
- 1–2 years of phone sales/inside sales experience (REQUIRED)
- Proven ability to close deals over the phone.
- Strong negotiation, objection handling, and closing skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Compensation:
- Base Salary + 15% Commission (UNCAPPED) NOT a draw, NOT “the greater of," *** TRUE Base + Commission Structure ***
- Weekly Pay, Daily amp; Weekly Cash Bonuses (Spiffs).
- Year 1 (OTE): $72,000–$150,000+
- Clear path to 6-figure+ income (Year 1)
Schedule: (Work-Life Balance)
- Monday – Thursday: 9:30 AM – 4:30 PM
- Friday: 9:30AM – 2:30PM (Half-Day Fridays)
- No Nights or W eekends.
