Client Operations Analyst

Client Operations Analyst Contract, on-site role in Pittsburgh supporting a Derivatives Settlements function within Markets Trading & Sales and related business areas. Responsible for accurate and timely settlement of derivative-related cash flows across bilateral and cleared activity, using platforms such as Summit, Wall Street Systems, Treasury Edge, and Nexen. Perform level 2 reconciliations covering interest rate derivatives cash activity and cleared futures positions/trades; investigate breaks and drive resolution with internal partners and external counterparties. Serve as a point of contact for client and counterparty inquiries, and coordinate with market infrastructure partners (including LCH and Citi) to resolve settlement and trade discrepancies. Support operational risk and control execution, escalating issues as appropriate, and assist with process/system enhancements (including testing and procedures). Ideal background: 3-5 years of relevant operations experience with derivatives settlements and reconciliations, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work effectively across multiple stakeholders.
