Travel Expectations: This role includes a variable regional travel requirement, estimated at 20%–50% per month depending on program needs. While telehealth services are also provided, you will primarily travel to support EMPOWER sites: New Bern Elizabeth City Ahoskie Greenville Morehead City Wilmington All work-related travel is reimbursed via mileage pay, and, depending on cost-effectiveness, a travel vehicle may be provided. You’ll have flexibility to plan travel around program needs while maintaining a healthy work-life balance. What You’ll Do: Lead behavior support programs fostering family engagement & measurable growth. Conduct functional behavior assessments & develop Positive Behavior Support Plans. Train and mentor staff, DSPs, and supervisors in ABA best practices. Collaborate across service lines (EMPOWER, ICS, ABA) to maximize outcomes. Deliver in-service training & represent ESPH at professional conferences. Why ESPH is Different? Compensation & Benefits: Competitive salary: $75,000–$80,000 for this full-time exempt position Generous paid time off and paid holidays Full benefits package including Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits Life and Disability Insurance (company paid) 403(b) Retirement Plan Employee Assistance Program and legal services support Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) qualifying employer Supervision for licensure Minimum Qualifications: Certification: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in good standing Licensure: Licensed Behavioral Analyst in NC Experience: 1+ years working with children with developmental disabilities and/or autism (preferred) 1+ years in a supervisory or leadership capacity (preferred) Strong written/verbal communication, organization, and time management skills Valid driver’s license, proof of insurance, and unrestricted driving privileges Proficiency in Microsoft Office & EMR systems Ability to work effectively with participants, families, and teams in homes, schools, and community settings Ready to Apply?
