Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) - Trent Woods, NC Join our team at Alight Behavioral Therapy, a leading provider of personalized in‑home ABA therapy and autism evaluations, dedicated to empowering children on the autism spectrum to reach their full potential. As an RBT, you will play a critical role in delivering high‑quality care to our clients. About the Role As an RBT, you will work directly with our highly trained and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to implement evidence‑based behavioral interventions in the home and community settings. Your responsibilities will include: Implementing behavioral treatment plans under the supervision of a BCBA Collecting and recording data on client behavior Providing feedback to BCBAs on treatment implementation and progress Communicating with clients, parents, and caregivers to ensure effective treatment collaboration Maintaining accurate and detailed records of client sessions and data collection Participating in ongoing professional development and training to enhance skills and knowledge Requirements Current Certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or associate’s degree preferred 1–2 years of experience in behavioral therapy or a related field Ability to work independently and as part of a team Excellent communication and documentation skills Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation What We Offer As a valued member of our team, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of children and families while developing your skills and expertise in a supportive and collaborative environment.
