Experienced Agency Recruiter Opportunity

Seven Oaks Search (S.O.S.) is growing and looking to add an experienced agency recruiter to our team. We're a national direct-hire search firm supporting clients across Accounting & Finance, HR, Operations, Legal, Logistics, and Healthcare. We partner with companies that value lasting placements and professionals who make real impact, not just seat-fillers.

This opportunity is ideal for a recruiter who's confident in their craft, thrives in client-facing work, and enjoys owning the full recruitment cycle from business development through placement. This isn't an entry-level seat, a churn-and-burn contract shop, or an internal corporate role. It's for people who:

• Have been in the staffing game long enough to know what good looks like.
• Want to build lasting client relationships, not chase short-term numbers.
• Value independence and transparency more than buzzwords and KPIs.

What You'll Do

• Prospect, cold-call, and email new clients and candidates to build and maintain your own book of business.
• Manage client relationships and open searches within professional fields
• Source, qualify, and present top-tier candidates
• Partner directly with hiring leaders to align on needs and timelines
• Negotiate offers and close placements with professionalism and integrity
• Maintain accurate records within our CRM/ATS

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in a staffing agency or executive search environment (not corporate/internal recruiting)
• Proven track record of successful direct-hire placements
• Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills
• Self-starter with the discipline to operate independently
• U.S.-based and authorized to work in the U.S.
