Key Responsibilities:


- Deliver coordinated nursing care for patients based on established standards of care and the nursing process.
- Supervise and direct the activities of diverse nursing staff.
- Utilize critical thinking and professional discretion while coordinating care with various disciplines.
- Collect and analyze relevant data concerning patients' health and situations.
- Develop and implement tailored care plans to achieve desired outcomes.
- Collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare teams to foster a safe and healing environment.
- Provide educational opportunities for patients and team members.
- Participate actively in discharge planning to ensure continuity of care.
- Delegate tasks and coordinate responsibilities among healthcare team members.

Job Requirements:


- Education: Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of two years in an acute care facility preferred.
- Licenses/Certifications:
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice required.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification required.
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification preferred (to be attained if traveler extends).

Shift Details:


- Night Shift: 5:00 PM - 5:30 AM
- Full-Time: 36 hours/week with weekend rotation.
