We are seeking Family or InternalMedicine physicians to join a collaborative team dedicated to deliveringhigh-quality, accessible, patient-centered care in Waterville, Maine. Thisinnovative model combines team-based care, modern technology, convenientaccess, and integrated in-person and virtual services-including urgent care-tocreate a more connected and efficient approach to primary care.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensiveoutpatient primary care to adult patients
- Diagnose and manage acuteand chronic medical conditions
- Develop evidence-basedtreatment plans and provide preventive care
- Collaborate with aninterdisciplinary care team to coordinate patient services
- Utilize virtual care andmodern technology to improve access and continuity
- Educate patients onpreventive health, chronic disease management, and wellness
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $135,000-$290,000
- Sign-on bonus

Qualifications
- MD or DO degree from anaccredited medical school
- Board certified in FamilyMedicine or Internal Medicine
- Experience in outpatientprimary care or a similar clinical setting
- Active, unrestricted DEAlicense that must be maintained throughout employment
- Current BLS certificationthrough the American Heart Association or American Red Cross
- BLS must be obtained throughan approved in-person or blended course; CPR, ACLS, and online-onlycertifications are not accepted
