# Job Opportunity – Emergency Department Nurse – Texas**Start Date:** September 28, 2026 **Location:** Conroe, Texas **Compensation:** Details provided to qualified applicants **Schedule:** Day and night shifts available; 12-hour shifts with every other weekend rotation; 1:4 patient ratio**Highlights:** - 30-bed Emergency Department with additional hall bed capacity serving a diverse patient population- Manage NIH protocols, moderate sedation, cardiac monitoring, IV therapy, blood draws, and TNK administration- Utilize Meditech EMR and modern equipment including Baxter IV pumps, GE monitors, ventilators, BiPAP/CPAP, and Belmont Rapid Infusers- Collaborative team environment with 77 staff members across day and night shifts including RNs, paramedics, and LVNs- Consistent 1:4 patient ratios supporting quality patient care- No floating required; dedicated unit assignment**Requirements:** - Active Texas RN license- BLS, ACLS, PALS, and TNCC certifications required- Emergency Department experience strongly preferred- ENPC certification preferred- Competency in emergency procedures including moderate sedation, cardiac monitoring, and rapid response protocols**Why It's a Great Opportunity:** This Emergency Department role offers the chance to work alongside a supportive team of experienced professionals in a well-equipped, modern facility.
