\n \nAre you an experienced legal billing professional with leadership experience and a strong background in eBilling? We're partnering with a rapidly growing managed services organization that supports some of the nation's leading law firms and professional services organizations.
\n \nWe are seeking a Billing Manager to lead a team of 10-12 billing professionals, oversee legal billing operations, and drive process improvements within a fast-paced environment supporting a national law firm.
\n \nWhat You'll Do
\n- \n
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of 11 billing professionals \n
- Oversee legal billing, invoice processing, verification, and payment activities \n
- Manage eBilling workflows and ensure compliance with client billing guidelines \n
- Perform account reconciliations, reporting, and data analysis \n
- Develop and improve billing policies, procedures, and operational efficiencies \n
- Partner with cross-functional teams to optimize financial processes \n
Requirements
\n- \n
- 5+ years of legal billing management experience \n
- Experience managing billing teams \n
- Strong eBilling background \n
- Hands on experience with Aderant and/or Elite 3E \n
- Experience working within a law firm environment \n
- Knowledge of legal billing platforms \n
Preferred Qualifications
\n- \n
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field \n
- Experience supporting large or national law firms \n
- Consulting or outsourcing industry experience \n
