Punch Press Operator
Twin City Staffing is hiring a punch press operator for a busy manufacturing facility in Minneapolis! We are looking for experienced punch press operators for a high-precision metal stamping environment. Wage: $20.00 $28.00/hr. (DOE) Hours:
- 1st Shift: 7:00 AM 3:30 PM, Monday Friday
- 2nd Shift: 3:30 PM 12 am, Monday Friday
- Training: Completed on 1st Shift: 7:00 AM 3:30 PM

Duties of the punch press operator:
- Set up and operate punch presses and equipment
- Perform blanking, bending, and forming operations
- Read blueprints and technical work instructions
- Measure parts to verify specs and tolerances
- Use shop math for quality assurance
- Maintain 80% or greater production efficiency
Requirements of the punch press operator:
- 1+ year of manufacturing experience
- Punch press or progressive die setup experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Ability to understand tolerances (e.g., +/-.005)
- Strong English communication skills and ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Provide or purchase required hand tools
