You’ll work closely with key OEM customers, lead the team and play an important role in shaping the continued growth and direction of the business. What We’re Looking For: Deep experience within pressure, level, flow or closely related instrumentation Proven commercial and sales leadership experience within a technical manufacturing environment Strong experience working directly with OEM customers and strategic accounts Experience leading teams and taking on broader business responsibility beyond sales Comfortable working both strategically and hands-on Experience working with an international executive leadership team or board P&L responsibility and experience driving both growth and profitability is highly preferred Compensation: $150K–$170K base salary + bonus tied to business growth + profit sharing , creating greater earning potential as the business grows.
