Supervisor Job Type: Full-Time Qualifications Minimum of 5 years of experience in the construction industry or oil field Proven track record of successfully managing construction projects Strong knowledge of construction estimating, quality control, blueprint reading, and schematics Excellent leadership and communication skills Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively Proficient in using construction management software and tools Advanced skills and understanding in Sub Arc Welding Ability to train Sub Arc welders as well as other welders Job Duties and Responsibilities Plan, assign, schedule, and supervise the work of skilled, Sub Arc, machine work, welding, cutting, brazing, steam fitting, and grinding Supervise installation, repair, and maintenance operations Lay out and supervise the cutting and fitting of material in preparation for welding Maintain and repair welding equipment Prepare routine work and time reports and maintain standard records Recruit and train subordinate personnel; establish safety and work performance standards Common Performance Factors Oversee and manage construction projects from start to finish Coordinate and schedule subcontractors and laborers Ensure adherence to project timelines and budgets Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control and compliance with safety regulations Review and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction documents Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to resolve design or construction issues Monitor and track project progress, including materials, equipment, and labor costs Provide guidance and mentorship to team members Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and suppliers #J-18808-Ljbffr
