Global Payroll SupervisorHybrid — 3 days onsiteDo you have the right skills and experience for this role Read on to find out, and make your application.Permanent / Direct HireI'm currently recruiting for an International Payroll Supervisor opportunity with a highly respected global professional services organization.This is a great opportunity for an experienced international payroll professional who enjoys owning complex payroll operations, working across multiple countries, and partnering with senior leadership and global stakeholders.What You'll DoLead international payroll processing, reconciliation, auditing, and compliance across multiple countries, with a primary focus on U.S. and European payrollServe as the subject matter expert for international payroll, tax, and compliance mattersManage complex issues involving international tax treaties, tax equalization, expatriate payroll, and shadow payrollPartner with international payroll vendors and expatriate payroll teamsSupport U.S. payroll operations as neededDevelop and improve payroll policies, SOPs, processes, and controlsLead payroll-related projects and process improvement initiativesEnsure compliance with local tax, labor, social security, and statutory requirementsProvide guidance and oversight to payroll team membersMaintain confidentiality and accuracy when handling sensitive payroll and employee informationWhat We're Looking ForBachelor's degree5+ years of international payroll experience across multiple countries2+ years of supervisory or leadership experience2+ years of Workday HCM or comparable global payroll system experienceStrong xhyhwjd knowledge of international payroll laws, tax regulations, labor requirements, and social security programsExperience with international tax treaties, tax equalization, expatriate payroll and/or shadow payrollStrong analytical, reconciliation, auditing, and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication skills and ability to work effectively across geographiesStrong attention to detail and ability to manage competing prioritiesAbility to handle confidential information and exercise sound judgment
