About the Position Pacific Horizons Group is looking for a motivated and personable Communications Assistant to join our Los Angeles team. Responsibilities Assist with day-to-day internal and client-facing communication activities. Help prepare informational materials and written communications. Provide timely updates to team members regarding ongoing activities. Help ensure information is communicated clearly and accurately. Participate in team meetings and professional training sessions. Maintain a professional and organized work environment. Support other communication and administrative projects as needed. Qualifications High school diploma or GED required. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal and organizational skills. Professional and positive attitude. Ability to work effectively with a team.
