Job Title: Cable Technician (Data Center) – Open to Entry-Level & Experienced

Location : Cedar Rapids, IA

Start: Immediate / Next Day Start

Job Summary

We’re mainly looking for junior cable technicians or anyone with basic construction or hands-on experience who is ready to learn and work.

If you have more experience (lead/foreman level), that’s a plus — but not required.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Pulling and running cable
• Working on cable trays and racks
• Dressing and labeling cable
• Spotting lifts (10–12 ft)
• Following basic prints/layouts

What We’re Looking For

• Entry-level to 2+ years experience (construction, cabling, installs, etc.)
• Comfortable on a construction site
• Willing to learn and take direction
• Able to work with tools and stay active all day
• Ready to start ASAP

Bonus (Not Required)

• Data center or cabling experience
• Ability to read blueprints
• Leadership or foreman experience

Work Environment (Quick Reality Check)

• Active data center construction site
• Repetitive, hands-on work
• 50+ hours/week

This is a Contract position based out of Cedar Rapids, IA.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $40.00/hr.
