Role Description This is a full-time remote (must be located in D/FW) role for a Business Development Manager. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining long-term client relationships, and creating strategies for business growth. Day-to-day tasks include prospecting, conducting market research, networking, developing proposals, negotiating contracts, and meeting sales targets. The role requires close collaboration with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful project delivery. Qualifications Proven experience in Business Development, sales, and client relationship management Strong understanding of the technical staffing industry and related market trends Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred Territory Experience required as you will be visiting customers #J-18808-Ljbffr
