Job seekers must reside in one of the following states to be considered: PA, NJ, DE. Relocation assistance is not available for this role.**What You'll Do*** Execute brand-right, customer-focused assets across various digital platforms, including web, apps, email marketing, and social.* Autonomously manage assigned work requests through workflow tools, maintaining a solid working knowledge of request tools & systems, delivering all requests against vigorous deadlines.* Adhere design to module standards & brand guidelines with strong technical expertise of the digital platforms you support.* Understand ADA-compliance that will consistently be reflected across platforms & marketing channels.* Partner & maintain close working relationships with supporting teams within the production process, including eCommerce, Copy & Dev.* Leverage Adobe Creative Cloud and additional AI tools to drive efficiency & optimization.* Prepare design files for production and development; understand and use appropriate naming conventions for work.**What You'll Bring*** Degree in graphic design, UI design, electronic media design, or similar field or equivalent amount of related experience.* Minimum 1-2 years related experience in designing for mobile or web applications; retail/eCommerce experience a huge plus.* Knowledge in Adobe Creative Cloud, especially Photoshop & Adobe XD; competent status in InDesign, Illustrator.* Basic understanding of CSS, HTML, AEM (Adobe Experience Manager), Scene 7, and other emerging platforms as the business evolves.* Basic PC skills, including Microsoft Word, Outlook, Teams, as well as necessary proprietary software.* Understanding of brand standards & product processes, graphic design, color, composition, typography & layout; able to prepare design files for production & development.#LI-KB1Our **Total Rewards** package includes benefits you’ll love such as competitive compensation, paid time off, an employee assistance program, parental leave, paid volunteer hours, and amazing company discounts!
