UX Production Designer

UX Production Designer Production Designer Contract Nov 18, 2025 Purple, Rock, Scissors has an exciting opportunity for a UX Production Designer for one of our Big Tech Clients. The goal of this position is to maximize the design team's efficiency and accelerate progress on our most critical initiatives. You will be responsible for a clearly defined set of production and maintenance tasks, acting as a centralized service for our teams. Additionally, you will be responsible for standardizing design requests that support our go-to-market and communications efforts. Remote Contract Opportunity: Initial contract for 3 months with a possibility of extension. January 2 - March 31, 2026. Fully Remote role. PST hours required. Full-Time Hours. Project Overview The goal of the Production Designer is to create a streamlined, predictable workflow for marketing and partner teams. In this position, you will be a dedicated resource focused on production and maintenance to ensure a higher, more consistent bar for all external-facing assets and internal design tools. Static and animated assets for blog posts / social. High-fidelity mockups and visuals for internal & external presentations. Updating existing assets with new UI or branding as required. Updating and organizing Figma stickersheets and component libraries to reflect the latest product state. Performing component "hygiene": ensuring naming conventions, layer structures, and constraints are correctly applied. Auditing designs for visual consistency and flagging deviations for the core team. Preparing and cleaning component libraries for more efficient designer and developer handoff. A quantifiable reduction in ad-hoc requests handled by FTE designers. Improved health and organization of our design system libraries.
