About the Role We’re looking for a detail‑oriented, organized professional to join our team as an Accounting & Administration Specialist. This is a key support role that sits right at the intersection of Finance and Operations — meaning you’ll work closely with our Project Controllers and Project Managers to keep project costs, commitments, and documentation accurate and on track. If you’re someone who takes pride in keeping things organized, catches the details others miss, and enjoys being a go‑to resource for a busy team, this role is a great fit. What You’ll Do Assist with preparation and return of contract documents Assist with preparation and return of monthly compliance documents Identify and update vendor Certificates of Insurance and W9s as needed Help compile documents and data for internal and external reports Support administrative project startup and closeout processes Handle a variety of administrative duties including data entry, document organization, and mail processing Assist the Accounting and Administrative teams with special assignments to keep overall workflow running smoothly What We’re Looking For Intermediate Excel skills — you’re comfortable with spreadsheets and can work efficiently without a lot of direction Some exposure to ERP or project management systems like Sage or Procore is a plus, but not required 1 year of basic bookkeeping or accounting experience preferred — you don’t need to know debits, credits, or journal entries, but a general understanding of how numbers flow through a business goes a long way in this role Strong attention to detail — accuracy matters in this role and you take that seriously Highly organized — you manage your tasks, your files, and your follow-through with intention Compensation $23.00 – $25.00 per hour, commensurate with experience #J-18808-Ljbffr DMK Development Group
