Global Factory Support Team SPOC (Project Manager) Provide crucial supply chain support to Lam factories- this role works across multiple suppliers and commodities to ensure our factories continue to support our customers needs -- which feeds worldwide semiconductor innovation. The impact you'll make As a Program or Project Manager at Lam, you will play a pivotal role in driving projects/programs. You will be at the forefront of project initiation through delivery, using your expertise to coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure project are completed on time and within budget. What you'll do Pilot Factory Support: Coordinate cross-functional teams through meetings and progress measurement activity which bring distinct, specific projects to completion both on time and within tolerable risk levels. Manage non-technical, supply chain projects using an internal customer perspective, typically from initiation through delivery. Provide forecasting, planning and strategic execution support to the supply chain to meet current and future business requirements. Lead and participate in cross functional teams to identify material delivery risk to customer orders Represent supply chain readiness for manufacturing build and system delivery/shipment Develop and monitor risk mitigation strategies, and coordinate root cause corrective actions Lead and participate in projects to resolve problems or to support continuous process improvement Who we're looking for Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations Management, Business, Engineering, or related field with 5+ years of experience; or Master's degree with 3+ years' experience; or equivalent experience. 3+ years of related experience in project management or program management Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and influencing stakeholders. Analytical skills to interpret and utilize data for decision support. 'Virtual Flex' you'll work 1-2 days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, and remotely the rest of the time. Salary CA San Francisco Bay Area Salary Range for this position: $72,000.00 - $170,000.00. The above salary range for this position is relevant to applicants that reside or work onsite in the California, San Francisco Bay Area only. Salary offers will depend on factors that include the location you work from, your level, education, training, specific skills, years of experience and comparison to other employees already in this role. Actual salary may vary from salary offered due to numerous factors including but not limited to unpaid time off, unpaid leave, company mandated shutdown, and other relevant factors.
